BRIQUETICC is a stand-alone automated system which implements an industrial compactor associated with its own material feeding system.
This system produces briquettes from compaction which, depending on their composition, can be used as fuel in suitable boilers and stoves.
This automated system can be combined with other systems to form the recycling line RECYCLICC.

CONDITIONICC-C is an adaptive, multi-product and multi-format system that automatically groups and packages manufactured products in crates.
In particular, it supports the SAVONICC production line and its various versions.
It collects soap tablets, shaped upstream on the production line.

CONDITIONICC-F is an adaptive, multi-product and multi-format packaging machine, allowing the grouping and bagging of manufactured products.
This system supports in particular the SAVONICC production line and its various variants.

This inclined belt conveyor connects the twin-rotor crusher and the hydraulic compactor of the RECYCLICC recycling line.
It also ensures the general distribution of energy and the centralization of data exchanged between the various systems of the line.
The electrical cabinet operates as an operator panel for centralized access to the control of the production line.

The COUPALICC equipment is a soap bar cut-to-length unit. This system is used in the PRODUCTICC and SAVONICC production lines. It prepares the extruded material for its subsequent shaping, by pressing.

The DECHIQUETICC industrial crusher is intended for the destruction and / or volume reduction of a wide variety of materials, mainly from waste and residues of production.
Together with other systems in the range, it participates in the recycling concept of the RECYCLICC line.

EMBALICC is a cartoner or bagger for briquettes associated with a weighing station.

The EXTRUDICC system illustrates an extrusion process and here ensures the transformation of soap granules into bars of variable sections, for subsequent shaping operations.

The RECYCLICC recycling line transforms common waste (wood, paper, cardboard) into combustible briquettes. It includes three independent base systems: a birotor crusher (DECHIQUETICC), an inclined conveyor with magnetic separator, a briquette press (BRIQUETICC). This set uses the usual industrial energies: electromechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic. It has options for implementing many maintenance activities.

The RECYCLICC Simplex recycling line fulfills the same function as the RECYCLICC line.
This solution is however reduced and a single electrical cabinet which controls all the systems of the line.

The SAVONICC line is industrial in nature.
It integrates all stages of production, from the creation of a product to its packaging.
The line includes 3 to 6 transformer stations and combines recent technologies and techniques in terms of supervision, production management and maintenance.
